ACMX: Judge Style Issue

• The red X button to the right of each test case seems to be too large.
• The Run All, New, Stop row of buttons are not aligned.

Additionally, I think it's better to move the "Submit" button at the bottom of all the test cases to the "Run All", "New", "Stop" line to avoid scrolling down to submit.
