Does CF restrict the name of time variables (and/or dimensions)? Aren't they usually identified by their units? If CF does not restrict the name, then I guess we need to handle that using the units in to-cfjson-export, and either do the same for from-cfjson-import or add to the cfjson spec that it always has to be called "time" (which I guess would implicitly limit us to one time dimension per dataset, right?)...
