Creating a PyPI release is as easy as creating a tag on main-dev, merging into master, and then pushing everything.

@avaldebe idea: do interpolation in pyaerocom with fimex. Use xarray's plugin architecture with a fimex engine so interpolation can be done directly rhough xarray. Could go a decent way to covering the current functionality of iris in pyaerocom, which could remove this dependency. It would replace one dependency with another
