2.3.16.0fa99745

Description

During normal operation of a Seeed Wio WM-1110 Tracker, nearby nodes in the nodelist show as having an SNR of 50-60, with RSSI -110.

Other devices in the same position show a SNR of 5-12, RSSI -100.

This 10X regular SNR value seems to be a possible bug.

This was fixed in RadioLib, now we wait for them to cut a new version.

We switched our radiolib version to use the commit that has this fix.
