Webportal for uploading images to Mercure for further routing

Could really use a webportal for uploading studies to mercure for further routing to other systems.
In my daily job as a PACS admin we have to import many DICOM studies from multiple data carriers (CD/DVD/USB), having a webportal would make our live much easier if this can be used to easily route the images to different PACS systems.

I agree that this would be useful. We are also thinking about adding a tool to the web interface that allows querying cases from another PACS system and ingesting them into the mercure router.

This can now quite conveniently be done with the new Orthanc UI that can be installed alongside mercure (e.g., when using a Vagrant based installation "vagrant --orthanc up"). In the Orthanc UI, you can import files and route them over to mercure. This might work as temporary solution.

For regular installations, take a look how the Vagrant version installs Orthanc:
