How to copy Git repo to AWS CodeCommit:

** I ran these commands without Administrator role on the EC2.

FOLLOW THIS TUTORIAL:  **

1. Navigate to the [IAM Console](https://console.aws.amazon.com/iam/ ).
2. Select the user you would like to authenticate as.
3. Scroll down to `HTTPS Git credentials for AWS CodeCommit` and click `Generate credentials`
4. Copy username and password for steps below.
5. Create a CodeCommit repository

To copy your GitHub repository to CodeCommit

git clone https://github.com/mendelor/mywebapp.git
cd mywebapp
git remote add codecommit https://git-codecommit.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/v1/repos/GIT
git push codecommit master    (then it would ask username and password)

git clone https://git-codecommit.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/v1/repos/dev-test_repo

git remote add codecommit https://git-codecommit.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/v1/repos/dev-test_repo
git remote add codecommit https://git-codecommit.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/v1/repos/laravel-project
git push codecommit dev                 -------            (check the branch you're using  =>   /> git branch)

To change the default branch, run the following command:
