Setting the Year filter to a past/future year displays the Filters count (been set) as '2' #200

Pre-requisite:
Create an archived or a future event with all required field set as expected

Steps to reproduce:

Launch the Application Under Test url: https://events-qa.on.fleek.co/
On the left side-filter panel, invoke the 'Year' filter and select the past year(mentioned on the pre-requisite) - do not make any changes on other filters

Expected result:
The filters count should be displayed as '1'

Actual result:
The filters count should be displayed as '2' - please refer the snapshot attached
