Add bundle size check

I think adding a CI check might be a good idea to continuously keep an eye on our bundle size without much effort.

Here's one package that could allow us to perform that check on every pull request:

We might as well consider for development purposes, adding a bundle analyzer tool:

In terms of using bundlewatch, seems like an excellent suggestion. I've just created PL-234 for this matter so that we can tackle it in the near future. 👏

For the second part, it was already in our plans to add the bundle analyzer, and I actually merged that change last week — yarn run analyze:web is available for investigating the frontend bundle. 🚀
