Enable saving of query with result

When sending a query and configuring a polling interval of at least two cycles, the totalNumberOfPatients value only retains the initial result and does not update with subsequent results. Consequently, if the first result contains null, the "Save Query" button remains disabled, as the system continues to reference the outdated value instead of the updated result.
