Names and Icons for Contact Tracing

We should try to work out what we want to call the various personas and forms in the Contact Tracing workflow and the Icons that are associated to them.

Personas

• Index Patient (the confirmed COVID case whose contacts we are tracing)
• Tracer (the person doing the tracing)
• Contact (the people who are being traced)
• Data Entry (The person who is keying in the contacts to be traced)

Forms

• Trace Request (the form that Data Entry will fill out that lists all of Index Patient's contacts)
• Quarantine Follow-up (Used for storing responses to the daily symptom checks SMSs to Contacts in home quarantine)
• Trace Follow-up (Form that the Tracer fills out when they call the Contact)
