Is it possible to get a windows build for Apache 2.4 please.

There has been some API changes in 2.4. It'd be a bit tricky to do it. I'll try to find time to do this, no promises though. Your best bet is CSRFP-PHP. I believe we can fix the phpmyadmin issue
