[BUG] - Guest/Public Access not working

• I searched the Mealie documentation, with the integrated search.
• I already read the docs and didn't find an answer.
• This issue can be replicated on the demo site (https://demo.mealie.io/).

What is the issue you are experiencing?

I am unable to publicly view any recipes at my base domain. I have followed the Mealie documentation here: https://docs.mealie.io/documentation/getting-started/usage/permissions-and-public-access/#public-recipe-access, my recipes are all set to public, my household and group are not private as well.

Steps to Reproduce

Access Mealie at my domain and receive a blank page with search and login options.

Please provide relevant logs

I do not know if any logs would pertain here.

V 2.4.1 docker compose with image ghcr.io/mealie-recipes/mealie:latest
