• /bm arena delete - deletes an arena

• Sudden death time in /bm game info

• Plugin crashed when first time loading plugin
• Crash when using /bm game create with and arena that doesn't exist
• Players being able to teleport out of an arena while playing
• Sudden death starting when countdown still had 9 seconds left
