JoystickProxy not responding again

Hello!
I have had this issue before, but it is once again happening.
I have updated the app to version 0.11.9, but JoystickProxy.exe keeps hanging, then unfreezing for a second, before not responding again.
Since my last issue with this, I have forwarded port 11038. However, this issue still occurs.

I've made a pre-release changing port again to 8888 which is hopefully a less used one until I can get some time to actually implement changing of ports in the client

I've tried the update, and it works great! Hopefully this issue doesn't occur with other builds, and I will contact you again if it does. Thanks a lot!
