OctoPrint TFT installation hangs up at this point. I have tried to reinstall on a fresh Image, this is a recreation after last failed install. Sorry if to much code but please help.

Your dependencies didn't install. Try this, as suggested in the output of your first command:

sudo apt --fix-broken install
