Users requesting more than 16G should be able to create a custom plan. First plan requires deposit of max reserved rate. The customer is billed hourly afterward and invoiced at the end of the month.

Keep RAM and CPU adjusments
Adjust MCSH specific CRD limits to k8s generalized. Load Balancer, PVC storage, Snapshots, etc.
