search option only name and title not all metadata

Feature Idea

i have scanned civitai for metadata for all my loras

okay that worked

but now if i search here:

all metadata including description are searched, i.e. if the civitai page contains a word e.g. “detail”, the Lora appears, but in most cases this has nothing to do with the function of the Lora itself

option only search the name and maybe title or tags

i only make suggestions, because i like swarm ;)
