How can i make a public server? Like a friend to access it from my pc?

Open to the public is a bad idea. Secure account handling to make that safe is a WIP still atm, will be announced when it's ready.

Until then, you can open to LAN by setting Host in Server Configuration, opening past LAN to external users requires more network config knowledge than I'm going to explain in a github reply. Don't just port forward, you'll need a reverse proxy (apache2/nginx) with an auth layer.

You can also use Cloudflared to open temporary share links.
