Give beacons more latitude for RXSYMS

The LMIC claims to have lost sync if the required rxsyms grows beyond MAX_RXSYMS. Unfortunately, the value is much too small; with 2 hour windows, and 100ppm clocks, this needs to be 342, and for ordinary operation and 0.4% clocks, this needs to be 125.
