We're getting enough collaboration going (great) to make github issues kind of lousy for tracking and coordinating progress. (They atomize things; you can't get the big picture.) Need to set up a discourse group. Having just done this for https://pi64.win, I think it's pretty easy. I'll do it as an MCCI site.

2 cents :

I don't know discourse, but if you can, avoid Slack : The limited message amount is reached faster than we'd usually think and not having access to the oldest messages is a pain for anything "serious".

Discord is a working solution IMO.
