Implementing sleep during Rx1 and Rx2 windows for RFM95 #940

Hello.

LoRa is low power, but as far as I can see the mcu is awake and full throttle during Rx1 and Rx2 window instead of sleeping.

Could this be improved? The RFM95 has a CarrierDetect feature, maybe we could sleep the receiver?

For the mcu sleep, I would make a callback function, where the user could implement the sleep function himself.

Can we start a debate?
