  • read an IaC file, .github/workflows/.env by default
  • use a short id like dotenv by default if possible
  • output rather than apply env, by default, for NODE_OPTIONS integration
  • review marketplace author verification process
  • implement first in javascript, backlog typescript rework
  • test with all gh actions stock runners

one of a thousand gaps in personal orgs, github does not support marketplace verification
