Misplaced files in Windows installation #184

Installation via pip under cygwin puts some files into locations where they cannot be found by corresponding tools. In particular:

All XSLT stylesheets are in $CYGWIN_ROOT\lib\python2.7\site-packages\pyang-1.6-py2.7.egg\share\yang\xslt\;
bash completion script is in $CYGWIN_ROOT\lib\python2.7\site-packages\pyang-1.6-py2.7.egg/etc.
