Set Cache Control header in nginx to 'no-cache' for Open Zaak, Open Notificaties, Objecten, ObjectTypen #123

After discussing this issue with @Coperh maykinmedia/open-api-framework#57 we think it would be easier to set the Cache Control header in nginx than do this via Django. This is necessary for Open Zaak, Open Notificaties, Objecten, ObjectTypen due to Taiga AMS 18

Up to you and Conor to determine if no-cache, private, max-age=0 or no-store would be the best

Discussed and determined to not be applicable for the application (to be set on the ingress)
