It should be possible to add only bin/manage_tuntap to /etc/sudoers #17

In public classroom your /etc/sudoers should contain only a line like this:
student ALL=NOPASSWD: /usr/local/netkit/bin/manage_tuntap

Still, netkit scripts run 'sudo /bin/sh ...' and it is rather unconvinient.
