Modifying letter for opening menu...

Thanks for a great Ghost theme.

I was wondering if you can help me with a moderation. I have located the place the theme finds the first letter of the blog title and use it for the menu button.

How would this look if I:

• Wanted to write my own text.
• Use an image instead.
