This feature should let users encrypt the underlying envelope file so that it could be shared safely.

Behavior:

  • User can encrypt envelope with envelope lock
  • If envelope is locked, password will be asked for every operation
  • User can decrypt envelope with envelope unlock
  • No password will be required if envelope is unlocked
