Epic Link field show no options if Epic are renamed

Hi everyone,

We renamed the Epic to Feature in our JIRA. Now it's impossible to select the epic link anymore when creating issue from mattermost.

If you have any clues ?

I investigated the issue but was unable to reproduce it. Below are the steps I followed:

1. I created an epic on my Jira project.
2. Using the Mattermost "Create Issue" modal, I created an issue and linked it to the epic I had just created, as shown in your screenshot.
3. Afterward, I renamed the epic in my Jira project.
4. I attempted to create another issue using the "Create Issue" modal in Mattermost and successfully linked the new issue to the renamed epic.
   • However, the epic was only selectable by its old name, not the updated one.

Please let me know if you're encountering the same issue or if there are any steps I may have missed while attempting to reproduce it.

In fact the problem is not exactly what you described.

We renamed the issuetype Epic in Feature (for more information : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Upcoming-Rename-epics-in-your-company-managed-projects/ba-p/1874726)

Then the problem appeared with mattermost.
