@aaronrothschild, unfortunately, this is a very new feature in BitBucket. It was added one month ago: https://bitbucket.org/blog/a-new-status-for-pull-requests-in-bitbucket-cloud-changes-requested and they don't have webhooks for these events yet: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/event-payloads/ :/
