The current name is Mattermost Azure DevOps plugin

I feel like the name should just be Azure DevOps having plugin at the end is not a huge issue there are a few existing ones that do this. But prefixing with Mattermost makes it confusing to find in a list and does not match our convention.

@DHaussermann This issue has been fixed in the latest commit pushed on the branch epic_phase_3 also, the latest release v3.1.1 is deployed on the MM app that contains fixes for all of the issues reported here on the GitHub

Please verify and close it.
