Integrate zksync-telemetry into anvil-zksync for actionable data feedback. The library is a wrapper around PostHog and Sentry, providing greater visibility into areas that need improvement in anvil-zksync. We will need to document how users can manage their consent and update their participation preferences clearly.

Integrating telemetry will:
