Wordpress "The tracked link has expired." error #25

When I try to activate the theme in the themes page, this error is showing..

Wordpress version : 4.9.5

Any idea of the problem ?

I haven't updated this in almost 2 years now, so I can't say for sure what's going on. Haven't really done much work with WordPress lately. If you want to update it with a PR, I'll definitely look at merging it in :)

I tried with latest version Wordpress without any problems.
WP version: 5.2.3
screen.
