  1. Create a matrix room #exampleroom:matrix.org and bridge this room with #examplechannel on freenode.
  2. Go to #freenode_#examplechannel:matrix.org and upload a picture
  3. The upload is converted to a link for IRC users
  4. The message is not relayed back to users in #exampleroom:matrix.org

This also affects going the other way around, i.e. a file posted to #exampleroom:matrix.org will not be visible to anyone in #freenode_#examplechannel:matrix.org.
