!quit requires being on channels

If the user starts a direct chat with IRC user, they aren't able to !quit, because

You are not in any channels

while starting a direct chat caused the ghost be created and !nick says:

You've been connected to the IRC network '...' as Mikaelatchncsde[m]. User modes +RTipx have been set.

We experienced this issue when using the bridge in invite only mode. The tchncs.de account was not on the whitelist, but was able to connect to the network because the virtual user responded to their invite. The new user (who is not on the whitelist) was unable to !quit because they are not in any channels.

This is actually two issues - one being that a user who is not on the whitelist can use the bridge by being invited by another user, and the other being that the user will not be able to !quit
