The goal of this issue is to merge the downloads for a canonical domain into the same row in the Downloads report.

If a website is served at both www.example.com and example.com then the Actions > Downloads report will show a row for each of those domains. This is confusing to the user as these relate to the same files. Therefore files appear twice in the report and user must manually sum both entries.

Maybe this could be done by a Filter applied on the datatable in the API? (advantage is that we keep the exact data this way and only merge them post-processing)
