In feedback email, Baun Andrew writes:
Hi! I live in Russia and In my city there is provider danet.in, piwik counts all danet.in users as indians, but its wrong, so how do i fix this? There is also issue with domain name of visitor *getmusic.nl wich counts as netherland visitor, but it also from Russia. I'm trying to say that detect users by domains is totally wrong :(

This will be fixed with GeoIP in core, which most users will be able to use correct?

decreasing priority..
