There should be a resharper solution/projects configuration for the refactoring rules based on the current styling to make contribution easier.
This is essential if there will be contribution guidelines in the future.

It might be more friendly instead to export the resharper style settings to an editorconfig as described here: https://blog.jetbrains.com/dotnet/2019/03/28/export-editorconfig-code-style-optimize-references-sdk-projects-resharper-2019-1-eap-updates/
