poor scaling for ~/.face picture

Expected behaviour

legible image displayed

Actual behaviour

Even if source image is 1500x1000 pixels, the image displayed in screensaver lock screen is blurry and looks like its actual resolution is about 50x50.

Also, size limit of 65536 could be increased from 65536 to 1048576 or so.
set_face_image, parameter user_max_file

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

copy image to ~/.face and lock screen

looking at set_face_image in gs-lock-plug.c:947, any image will be scaled down to 96x96 pixels
