Describe the bug
When fetching any page from S&P, a 403 Forbidden error page shows “Security Controls Triggered”.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Rating Tracker and sign in as a user permitted to fetch from data providers
  2. Click “Edit Stock” on a stock covered by S&P
  3. Click “Update and fetch” button for S&P
  4. See error message

Expected behavior
Fetch succeeds.
