Pass additional information in the action #152

I encountered this pull request which would allow for custom action parameter (#20). So I edit my jquery.tabledit.js to match it.

Then in my table file I added this customization:

editButton: false,
customize: {
    actionParam: 'ajax=add-info&action'    //change to what parameter you want to pass
},
columns: {
    identifier: [0, 'id'],
    editable: [..

Now the action will include the extra ajax=add-info option.
