Button should both deal another 6-card hand and reset the cards selected (via checkbox) for the crib.

This is required in order to be able to deal another hand in the app in Safari PWA mode in iOS. Current work-around is to close the PWA on iOS then restart it, which is not a very good user experience.

This is also required to deal a second hand in Firefox in PWA mode.
