why **PERF is different on monitor and mobaxterm

I change INPUT_H and INPUT_W in yololayer.h，but i find something strange
when INPUT_H and INPUT_W equal to 320,linking to the jetsonr via mobaxterm,display as follows

.But on a monitor connected to Jetson, it displays as below

Why is that?
and what are the ways I can do it if I want to speed up inferring
