Hi @holden321 - thanks for reporting.
Indeed the last few notes are not fingered, but this is normal, because the algorithm is based on the "future notes" to played .. so there are none at the end of a score.
You are right, I should have clarified that in the main page!
Also the algorithm is not very reliable at present for chords (I will try to improve on this in the next release).
I did a workaround for this by copying the last measure of my file, adding one more blank measure at the end, then pasting the last measure's content into the blank measure. This means that the last two measures of the file are now duplicates. This will generate fingering for every measure except the extra one you created at the end - you'll just have to remember the last measure is a duplicate.
