Prepare for 5-day output #37

Several things need to be done to support 5-day output when we enable that stream

Create data_reshaping/pop.h.nday5_t13.sh script to generate time series
Decide where to store it in campaign (I propose /glade/campaign/cesm/development/bgcwg/projects/hi-res_JRA/cases/g.e22.G1850ECO_JRA_HR.TL319_t13.004/output/ocn/proc/tseries/day_5)
Update self._stream_metadata to include pop.h.nday5 key in CaseClass constructor

I think that's it... though the history vs time series comparison script might require a little tweaking as well
