Name is confusing

The github project is route-annotator but the name in the package.json is route_annotator.

Should probably be route-annotator everywhere, right?

When I started the Node.js bindings (back when this project was internal and before Danpat imported the source here) I used node-cmake. The CMake project name must not contain - for some weird reasons.

We still use node-cmake so not sure if anything changed wrt. the limitation.
