Configuration

Mapbox SDK versions: 5.3.0-beta.1
iOS/macOS versions: iOS 13b8
Xcode version: Xcode 11b6

When building an app with Xcode 11 and a device has dark mode enabled, the scale bar text becomes illegible.

Related to #12058.
