Cooperative gesture handling should not activate when map is full screen (Safari 15.4)

browser: Safari 15.4

Steps to Trigger Behavior

1. Open the debug/scroll_zoom_blocker.html in Safari 15.4 in a Macbook
2. Click the full screen control button
3. Zoom the map

Expected Behavior

Scroll zoom warning should not appear when full screen. This behaves as expected in Chrome. Previously worked in other Safari versions (not sure about 15.3).

Actual Behavior

Scroll zoom warning appears.
