If user also uses minio client, there will be a json config file at $HOME/.mc/config.json defined here: https://github.com/minio/mc/blob/318e7070718f59198a9c6911f72e46dab1625b3a/cmd/config-v10.go#L53

finch should check this file and asks for reloading configuration from this file.

Finch should have download/upload bandwith limit.
