Preliminary Testing Version

This is a preliminary version which seems to work.

As a testing version:

• The platforms drop down menu defaults to XAMPP and the appropriate files are preloaded, if they exist
• The default tab is httpd.conf instead of the hosts File
• The developer pane is open
• The Developer menu is available

Things to do:

• Clean up CSS for the drop down menu and Find panel
• Fix a few bugs on startup which don’t seem to really matter
• Add a short cut to finding certain things
• Check on the Find behaviour
• Check on a suitable license
• Complete standard behaviour of standard menus
