What's the problem?

There is no Internet even though it is showing internet access

Flare VM is mostly made with Windows 10 in mind so better to install in Windows 10 only.
Could you furnish more screenshots regarding the problem?

FLARE-VM should install in Windows 11 too. Internet connection is required to installed FLARE-VM. Please add details on how you have confirmed that your VM has internet connection.
